Before I get in to that, I’d like to remind you that true fat loss in any specific part of the body has to start with raising your metabolism and burning overall body fat first. This will eventually help you to start eliminating any unwanted fat in specific parts of the body like the arms, hips, belly, thighs and of course your cheeks!

However, even the perfect body fat percentage may leave you with those chipmunk cheeks and a double chin. Here’s what you can do about it:

1. Pull a fish face – Suck in your cheeks tight and pucker your lips then hold that position for a few seconds.  For the best results, do 2 sets of 10 reps a day.

2. Eye squints – Nice and simple, pull your cheeks up until your eyes are tightly squinting. You’ll feel the cheek muscles working as you hold this position for a couple seconds. Relax the muscles and then repeat the exercise again. You can do it a couple times a day as well.

3. Stretch the face muscles manually – Here’s another good cheek muscle work out. Press your chin into your chest and stretch the skin under your cheekbones in an upwards motion. While you are doing this say “Ah” by opening your mouth as widely as you can. Again hold the position for a couple seconds, and then repeat it a few more times, 2 or 3 times a day.

4. Pucker Your Lips

This exercise works both the lip muscles and the cheek muscles at the same time and can really help you to lose cheek fat. As you pucker your lips, suck in your cheek muscles until they are stretched so you know you’re doing it right. Again, you can do 10 reps twice a day.

Keep applying those tips and you will successfully lose cheek fat.
